Blog

Ive never posted my skin routine as I've always been embarrassed with the state of my skin. I never really got the products or routine quite right. My skin is still not perfect but I felt like it was time to share and get some feedback and tips from you guys.

Please scroll down to see my step by step daily skin routine. I am not endorsed by Environ but did receive the Nano Ion Moisturizing sprayer from Eurostatics skin care as a gift. I am also no expert and I'm just blogging about my routine to maybe help some people with similar skin problems.

I have an oily combination skin that is very sensitive to skin products. In the past if I used products to clear up the oil my skin would produce even more oil and I would get blackheads on my nose, forehead and chin. If I used products that were oil based and too rich I also broke out and looked like a frog.

I've only been using the basic Original A Environ range for about 2 weeks but I can already see results. My blackheads have decreased, my pores are a bit smaller and my skin has less oil whilst being moisturized.

I will keep you posted with my results every few weeks ;)

Step 1: I gently wash my face with with the Environ Sebu wash. This is a gel wash with no foaming agent which is not harsh at all. It also smells like tea tree oil.

Step 2: I use a cotton wool pad and Environ Revitalising Toner to tone my skin so that it doesn't feel dry after the wash.

Step 3: I Steam my face with the Nano Ion Moisturizer spray from Eurostatics

Step 4: I gently dab the Environ moisturizer on my skin and leave it till my skin soaks it up.

Step 5: I've been using Photoderm MSPF 50+ for about 3 years now, because I breakout from any full cover foundations. This is a SPF 50+ tinted cream in a gold colour from Bioderma. It protects my skin and just covers my slight pigmentation under my eyes for a more even look.

.
Step 6: Lastly I've also been a fan of this product for 6 years. SBR Lipo Cream from Clicks /Dischem outlets to keep my lips moisturized. Normal lip balms sometimes dries out my lips even more but this lip cream you only have to apply once a day.

Finish everything of with a final steam from the Eurostatics Nano Ion moisturiser spray.

I Hope this helps. If you guys have any tips please leave them in the comments below.

Revolutionary Nano Ion Moisturising Spray

To get 20% off use coupon: ShopFelicia

I recently received this wonderful device from Eurostatics Skin Care. I am not big on skin gadgets and always keep to the basics but after using This moisturising spray every day, my skin has been feeling super hydrated and my pores have gotten smaller. I take it every where I go; car, airplane, coffee shops as it is small and fits into my clutch bags. Scroll down for shopping details.

How it works?
Waters H20 molecule is far too large to the penetrate the pore of the skin.
The Device Ionises water into an ionic ozonated vapour that may penetrate into the skin ensuring the skin is hydrated and replenished
Supplying the skin with not only hydration , but oxygen as well which will boost all metabolic functioning of the skin, ensuring healthy and radiant skin.
The device is incredibly amazing to be used prior to makeup application as it would prevent the makeup from appearing dry/flaky and caked.

This is a perfect and afordable (20% off: ShopFelicia) Christmas or Birthday gift.

Loved shooting at this cute little Catholic blue church in the Dublin Hills. My dress is Zara of course. My sneakers are from Superga and my handbag I bought in the streets in Vietnam.
Go out and buy yourself a red number, its a confidence booster forsure.
Kind Regards

Pajama Party

Ruben (nephew): "Mommy, did Fiela forget to put on her clothes today?"
If you know me you would know I am a PJ's kind of girl. If I could I would wear a pair 24/7. Sounds like an idea mmmmh (maybe i should start a weekly pj post?) What do you guys think?
This pair is my favourite at the moment, I bought it at a street vendor across from the hospital in Vietnam. I call them my pensioner pj's, after I heard only retired elderly people wear them.
But Ja this is just me.

Sapa Soul

One of the best trips I made during my time in Vietnam was to Sapa. "Little Switzerland" I called it. A tiny village town on top of the most beautiful mountains covered with rice paddies. This is the type of place to go to to find your soul. Meeting the beautiful local tribes who wear the most interesting hand made garments fit for the cold weather of course. Make a visit to the local market for a fun bartering experience. This is also where a got my comfy top is from.

 I FUCKING DID IT

So the last time I posted on my blog I declared that I was diagnosed with a serious case of Wanderlust and I had no idea how to deal with it as I am just a fresh graduate with a normal job in fashion (nothing glamorous), earning a 250g bag of peanuts.

But,  I FUCKING DID IT!!!

In the past 12 months I left my peanut job, made a bit of debt with the parentals and moved to South East Asia. When looking at my Instagram photos one might think I am permanently on holiday or travelling the world. But no, I am just a regular 25 year old teaching my ass off in Vietnam and earning a bit of money to pay my own way through life and go off n an adventure every now and again.

Now that my journey in Vietnam is coming to an end I am reflecting back on this roller coaster. All I can say is that it's been real. REAL as can get.

But I Fucking did it, I bought groceries where I cant read one label (in a foreign currency), I ordered food in another language, I learnt how to drive a scooter, I made friends, I got 3 more piercings and wait for it.. a tattoo (sorry mom and dad), I fell in love, I laughed, I cried, I questioned my religion and choices, I went on road trips and weekends away that I paid for myself, I stressed, I drank beer with the locals and best of all I lived.

I realised that life is really hard no matter where you are, its short and hard and time flies. But other people have it so much harder. No
I am still not happy with my body, my blog is still not an online store and I am still not rich, I haven't even made a new years resolution list and 2018 is almost halfway. I am still not planning to get married anytime soon and I still want to escape the world of bills. I am human, we all are just human. Same struggles I had in my homeland still follows me across the oceans, but being in  the unknown and to wander is such a beautiful distraction.

Cheers to Fiela growing up and seeing what the real world is about!

Follow my updates over the next few weeks as I will be posting about my life as a "traveller".

  1. If the wager on red isn't appealing, possibly it's price attempting a special wager. A 'cut 1xbet up' is a wager on two adjacent numbers on the roulette table, corresponding to 0 and 00. Slot machine manufacturers don’t just fabricate slot machines and growth sport themes. These world companies include different business segments for lottery, on-line gaming, and casino operating software and hardware options. They provide casino central servers along with the software algorithm which remotely controls all slot machines in that casino. Only 6% probability to win would imply slots machines could be a historic oddity few would keep in mind.
